Hi, I signed up to pay for some traffic, but some traffic sources I saw had CPPC, some didnt, and they would list the price per 1k. Does that mean they fully send 1k users to your site or are they just impressions?

-Which network? "...CPPC.." -You mean CPC/PPC(cost per click/pay per click) which is different from impressions(CPM). Divide the price by 1k to get the CPC.
