![]() Hey guys, we've started a fetish based clip sales site, and one of our performers started uploading some edgeplay content. Asphyxiation in this case. While it was performed with full consent and dealt with in a really professional way, with the greatest care, my question is:
How legal is it to host edgeplay content? The thing that I can think about is to at least include a disclaimer at the start of the video and have a scrolling text below the video stating that this should only be performed with professionals and not to try this at home. But how does this hold up in court if some nutjob tries to do this on his own and suffers permanent damage from it? Naturally it'd be his own stupid fault, but how far can a website be held accountable? And will it implicate other problems? Like third parties that don't want to work with you anymore? Anyone have any experience on this subject? Any tips are very welcome! |
