i am searching the market for details about prices, discounts, traffic, etc. I 'll decide later, in May i think. Budget is the most important factor because i look for long term agreements.

Very interesting conversation. Let me tell you my opinion. The most important ( as you know well) is the quality of link( relevancy-number of other links on the page - anchor text etc). A good quality PR5 gives you more "juice" than a bad quality PR5. None knows how exactlly works the algorithm of calculations for every SE.
