Business License

I don't have a business license and I am wondering if that is a requirement if I wanted to make profit off a website I would like to make for a girl.

A business "license" is typically used to regulate a specific industry or to regulate the use of property in a specific locale.

Just making a web site for someone doesn't sound like anything that anywould would regulate anywhere to the best of my knowledge.

You probably don't need a business license but you should consider forming an LLC
