Anyone use software to split .mov files? I found a couple of splitters that will cut .mov files but the output is avi or mpeg. I don't want software that will convert the files I just want to cut them up.

Just downloaded videocharge. Is there a way to split videos without re-encoding them? I'm cutting up a 2 hour .mov file and it looks like it will take about 1 or 2 hours. (It looks like it is actually encoding / splitting the video.)

Just select "Without Re-compression"

I use Sony Vegas.. a But overkill for that but works nice. You can make the clips to any length and even different lengths.
