Looking for work

I am looking for a position with an affiliate program or join with a paysite to take it to the next level and hopefully start our own affiliate program, etc. Must shoot own content.

I would also look at possibly partnering up with a very good photographer and possibly put together some paysites for them. I would pretty much be the one running the online part of things.

I have been in talks with Anton Fury and ExtremeHole owner, however nothing is for sure yet. I thought i'd look at some other options in the meantime.

I decided if I am going to get back into the business, do it right. TGPS/MGPS are small time.

There isn't many people bigger than me in the TGP/MGP network, the only guys that might be are about 5-10 guys who got in many many years ago during the explosion of tgps. Joe blows were able to get websites up at that time. Ask them to do it now and they couldn't. Take extremehole.com, he hasn't touched that website in how many years and it's still going pretty strong. That's because of the time he got in. Ask him to do that again, couldn't and he knows that. It was easy to keep up then, and then SE traffic took over.

Nowadays, it takes skill to do that. There has only been about 4 or so webmasters since that have got their networks to close to a million visitors daily. Me and Best-In-BC are two of them. Who happens to be my best friend and live down the road from me. Down the road, I believe he could be a huge contributer in marketing/sales as long as we give him some content to advertise.

Big name webmasters might interest you because of their known name having worked for companies youve heard of. But one, I believe alot of successful people in their industry choose to not work for someone else. They have made their own successful network, which I did. I didn't need to sign on with anyone else, I did get the offers. I wanted to master the tgps first of all. Now I want to move on to the next thing and paysites are the closest thing. And two, big named webmasters may know alot of people, however in the end, they are only going to do what helps them out also. They are still business men. They will do business with me also.

My experience doesn't consist of paysites but is the most relative thing to my experience. I believe a successful TGP owner is exactly what more sponsors need and should want to add to their team. TGPs market paysites, they have to learn to be able to know which content sells, ad placement and all the small things, a typical marketer might not know.. for example, a header on a website may be 50 pixels too large, you wouldn't think much of it. That just may effect productivity 50 percent. I've seen peoples websites that can't even be launched off the ground because of that reason alone. You want to show all you can without having them scroll down.

I am completely fine with relocating, I do believe it's something that can be done down the road a bit if we figure it's something you want to do. Not many people can do that with lives and family.

I know, not having been to any of the big shows as I was underage for 5 years while I was in the industry. That my name might not be quite as big as a few on the paysite side of things but that's just because I am still young (at 23) and that I haven't crossed the line onto the paysite side of things. In the TGP world, people know me very well. Alot of big paysite owners dont' even know who the big TGP owners are which is very sad. Because TGP/MGPs I would say, account for about 50 percent of a paysites sales, and if you add in marketing/branding. It might even put that number higher.

If it comes down to starting just content managing. So be it. But I believe I bring alot to the table in both content management and marketing. I am willing to work for a third of the price of anyone else to prove myself at the beginning.

My old boss/sponsor adultreviews.net makes what extremehole.com does in a month. He's a very successful business man and like what most of us try to do, he gets his hands in most areas he can if he knows the money is there. He is extremely picky and throughout his time on this side of the industry, he has only hired 3 guys. 1 being Best-In-BC, who was my partner, started in the industry later than most and was able to get up his own million+ network in no time. He also has recently left Thomas and went off on his own, where he is currently almost making what he was before. He did this from scratch, less than 6 months ago, at a time where mgps/tgps aren't exactly at their primetime. He's created most of trademgptraffic.com and now owns splify.org. Then there is Nation-X who doesn't miss a show, works for aebn, iblogadult.com, adultreviews.net and has his own network at http://www.artgps.com/properties.php . So I definitely think that has alot to say about my skills and what I bring to the table. He supplied me with a salary and any tools/scripts I requested and had designers just waiting for requests from me.

I am very familiar with marketing, in almost all aspects. I have an extremely strong understanding of ppv/ppc/cpm. I am familiar with things like ad sense and other forms of SEO, Email advertising, and many other forms. I have definitely prided myself in being well rounded

Also I believe that a strong way of helping drive the new network is by creating a tgp for each of the websites we are promoting and driving sales from them. There has been lots of sponsors buying tgps recently and I could get them at a discount price or even make them myself. Sponsors have been doing that for quite some time. I believe that there is more potential in the sponsor owned tgps than that most think as most people that work for sponsors haven't touched a tgp. So they never do as well as they could. Bringing your own successful tgp owner onto the team would definitely help that side of things. I also believe it would clear up alot of frustration with the webmasters who advertise for our network as I know first hand, what they want and are experiencing problems with. I have listened to webmasters bitching about what's wrong with affiliate programs for so many years now, that I would love to be in a position to do something about it.

In the past few years, i have had offers to do work with pierrefitch.com, Alex (Pornonada) who created http://www.imctraffic.com/ before he sold it to payserve, SANDMAN, Itchy (MegaPartners.Com), shemalecocktail.com, and have been in talks and an interview recently with sexbankroll. And obviously, Anton Fury and Cory from ExtremeHole.Com, where I saw alot of potential and couldn't turn it down.

If interested, I can show you many of the websites I have worked on and created.

Thanks bud. lol Richard from Juliland.com never emailed back.

Shows peoples drive for succeeding eh. Even if you were contacted by someone else who offered a hand, you would think they would take a look at everyone to really weigh out the options. There is so much potential in so many places but lacking the right people, sad.
