7- DomainDiscount24 (Germany)

Servage accepts adult content, has one of the cheapest packages and they have been around for a few years, I would go with them.

Of the others, it is likely that the VPS4less and Inter.net VPS will also accept adult as they seem to be small companies and in times of crisis few small businesses will put morality before profits.
