A bonus countertracker prizefeature on oneclicktube wanted?! - GoFuckYourself.com

Yeah i couldnt put it any clearer in the title but i will try to describe it.

Today or tomorrow we are reaching the nice amount of 1000 registered users on oneclicktube.com and i want to give them even more back for supporting and using our videos. So even when they get 50% of their share of clicks on the hoverad banners on the video without costs, i want to ad a little bonus to anyone that sends us a nice amount of surfers back.

I need something that can track the amount of unique hits each registered member sends to us. It also needs to track and count from what country each visitor comes from.

The registered user should be able to check his stats, and me or someone of my team should be able to do so.

This "system" should be able to calculate a specific number with variables i put it, and come up with a number.

For example:
Sending in 100 uniques from the usa should give a x2 bonus, and traffic from egypt doesnt count at all, and 100uniques from germany should give a x1.5 bonus. The system should calulate it to 200+0+150=350 points.

I want to have this system, because we will soon be giving out cash prizes, and valuables like playstations, lcd's, travellingchecks etc. to those who support us the most, and with the best traffic.

Who knows of such a thing, or can point me in the direction of someone who can make this for me? It should be integrated in the script we are using now, i will inform the possible coder we hire what it is and such.
