domain complain
Where can i complain if a registrant to not give me the transfer code to move the domain to another registrant?It's been more than 48 hours since i mailed them and no answer.

did you check their FAQ, depending on the register...most have the transfer code available without asking support for one.

You did not mention your domain registrar so its a bit difficult to say. A common practice is that most registrars provided the EPP code without having to ask them or raise a support ticket. If you still do not hear anything form them, you may lodge a complain at http://reports.internic.net/cgi/regi...lem-report.cgi. Before you do so, you may want to warn them that you are lodging a complaint with ICANN.
