and antartica:
http://www.forbes.com/sites/jamestay...nother-record/ Antarctic sea ice set another record this past week, with the most amount of ice ever recorded on day 256 of the calendar year (September 12 of this leap year). http://stevengoddard.wordpress.com/2...idc-is-silent/ the data is there for those that choose to look. why so many choose not to is a big part of the world's problem. |

My info came from NASA, and I linked to it in my post. Your image and your argument is coming from Dailymail. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/...82_640x365.jpg But besides that, the DailyMail's description of the image you posted leaves out alot. Ice sheets grow and shrink as the seasons change. What is different and what is significant, is the amount of time each year that the water remains frozen. Anyway, never mind. There are scientists doing real study and real work on this. If you're going to choose to believe an industry that has an interest in selling pollution-rich energy to you instead of scientists telling you to seek alternatives, then there's nothing much anyone can do for you. Remember your decision the next time temperatures hit new record highs, or you see yet another kid with an inhaler, or both. |

children often run around half cocked and uniformed demanding SOMETHING be done. Hell, some children go out and buy an electric car, imagining that they're somehow better for the environment than a modern gasoline driven vehicle. These kids are clueless but it doesn't stop them from embarrassing themselves in front of adults who know better. Peace. |

here's NASA's same take on polar ice for the slow kids:
http://www.nasa.gov/content/goddard/.../#.U3yzPhYsr8s """This year's sea ice extent is substantially higher than last year's record low minimum. On Sept.16, 2012"""" |

I believe government is hiding something about attack. This makes some people believe they(people with real power) participated.

When you consider the outcome of 911 is that the government now records every email, every phone call (land line and cell) and every internet site you go to.....It seems The NSA had a lot to gain. I think theres A LOT the government isnt telling us

GROUP C Those who accept that humans have a miniscule impact on the Climate, they aren't pleased about this as they care about the environment, but they realize that paying Carbon taxes is not a solution and is an obvious false pretext. :2 cents: |

The bottom line for Republicans is that they want to deny climate change because doing anything about it will mean more of their precious earnings going to taxes for government sanctioned initiatives to curtail the problem. Their entire existence is based on making as much money as possible and they could give a shit if anyone's children(even their own) have to live in a more fucked up world.
But anyway, it doesn't matter what we do. China and India are about to go apeshit with carbon emissions because they're where we were decades back. Everyone wants their own car, and there's millions more of them than us -- and they don't give two shits about the environment. |

why don't you step out of your parents basement, go to their garage, close the garage door and start your dads car, wait a bit and you'll see how healthy co2 is to nature. |

You see idiot, here amongst the intelligent, we understand the world around us and engage in intelligent conversations. You're a part of society's bottom because you don't and can't. |
I hate to break it to everybody but explosions emit sound 100% of the time and to bring down WTC that is an absolutely huge building you need literally thousands of individual explosions timed exactly right...basically all within a few milliseconds of one another...
there were, literally 10.000s of people in the direct vicinity and nobody heard 1000s of little explosions...so get over it... also...the planes hitting the buildings in the first place was enough to hurt fragile fragile american egos...face it: 3000 people is not a lot...one out of five deaths in the USA is from smoking tobacco this is like 100.000s every year and nobody blinks and eye...2-3 buildings and a few planes are nothing to the USA...it simply did not matter to go to the effort of bringing the buildings down...it would be a logistical NIGHTMARE to work secretly around 1000s of people for what exactly? ... the main thing that got hurt on 9/11 is american pride and sense of invulnerability...wars are ok when they are on the other side of the globe and US bombs be droppin' but anything at all in the USA is something americans thought they were immune to...they get ass raped by the military budget and expect something in return: invulnerability LOL ...the security provided obviously failed and somebody had to be blamed so they invaded iraq that had nothing at all to do with 9/11 but it made the hurt pride better and their FEAR of what their army does to others, happening to them, less... there was no controlled demolition because 95% of all americans do not really give 2 shits about the 3000 dead or the WTC buildings but they need to feel safe...do you have national "100.000s of dead from tobacco day?" no? well quit pretending like 3000 makes a shits difference if you did not know them personally... 9/11 day in reality is "americans shit their pants and that made them sad and angry" day...not really trying to troll just pointing out the comedy when a society keeps 2million of its own in prison but pretends 3000 is "bleeding heart day" I just have to notice the disproportion... there was no controlled demolition... |
