Hey Linda... Im incorporated in Delaware... and have a resident agent there (a lawyer) ... however he doesnt want to be the principal of my company and give out his personal info like SNN#, passport or drivers license to CCBill for exemple...

I think its all like that.. incorporation services offer resident agents but dont want to be the "principal" required by Visa... and give out personall info the cc processors...

Did anyone using incorporation services had their resident agent actually give personal info to the cc processor..?

What is happening is that the four new sites is a partnership with the largest adult mail order company in Canada and also the main player selling TV series, kid programming, documentaries and so on thru heavy TV advertising. He bills about 700,000 a month, so the banker is willing to consider doing an exception to keep this volume....

Look real hard, and do some research. You can proccess adult in Canada if you know where to look and what hoops to jump through.
Problem is everyone tries to goe through banks when "banks" do not want to be associated with adult.
Look at it this way, if you don't get approved through a bank to get your mortgage, do you give up, or find an alternative? Like a mortgage broker for instance... Read between the lines...
