Just got off the phone with Mark and he told me that his comment was in relation to yesterdays Motion about First Data being in breach of contract.

Fishy, doubt the Court ruled on trial issues. Only thing the Court would rule on now is Emergency TRO and injunctions.

They filed this case this week. I know from experiance in legal matters that breach of contract is a trial issue. What is your game?
