Why is everyone so intimidated by 12clicks? Has he realy built himself up so high and made himself look so big that he is untouchable ? Has anyone actually talked to the FTC about his company? Is what his company doing illegal? If so, why hasn't someone made a complaint or contacted the proper authorities?

You must be his boyfriend or something, 'cause everytime someone says anything about 12clicks you come in saying how great he is with absolutely no real evidence to back it up except your shit-colored nose. |

I read what you wrote the first time. No need to repeat. Maybe you can't remember that far back. I've known 12 Clicks for almost ten years. I did a lot of business with him in the 90s. Anyone who has been around for a while does not need "evidence". Ramble on. |

1)Yes or NO, does any of your programs come with coolwwwsearch in them in any sort of way. 2)Yes or No, do any of your pages or any of your programs try to install loader.ocx with or with out permission of the user? Is this code up for use inside your affiliate program? I think it's pretty safe to say, you are involved with spyware, which you call add supported software. I have no problems with that, if the user knows about it before installing. Real Player does it, Goggle Tool bar does it, the diffrence is they both make it very clear in bold writing that this in included in their software. It's right there where you can't miss it. However my guess is you have this in your user agreement, but it's buried under 500 words of text in small print. Hence you are technically legal, but the adverage surfer has no clue that you are installing spyware. |
12clicks just got him banned hahaha

we have no program, we install nothing. We run ads. approximately 150 different ads. 49th dipshit wants to condemn us because all of our ads don't meet with approval. he chooses to badmouth me because the other companies running the same ads; double click, fast click, advertising.com, etc. won't give him the same bang for his buck that posting about me will get him here. oops, looks like he got a little too much bang. |
Ah, here we go again....
Why do you keep complaining here? What good does it do you and what damage does it do 12Clicks? If he's doing something illegal, report him. If he's making money legally doing something you find distasteful, welcome to the way 99% of the world views you as a pornographer. Time to get over it. |

While we are sitting here in our hovel, you are driving yourself back and forth to your office to work, and while we can't afford to eat, you are having a gormet lunch and while we just scrounge to make ends meet, you are living the good life......keep thinking you've got it all Ron, that's what gets you through your day. Keep thinking you are some high and mighty thing to be googoo'd over on GFY, I know you have to just to keep your self at a place that you won't put a gun to you head. Keep smiling and laughing. You are a God Ron...the almighty God Ron...Afuckingmen. |
you guys are sad, especially you Peaches. you sit here and defend him because what hes doing is legal. Big deal its legal that doesn't make it right. You want to compare fucking up peoples computers with his scumware to viewing porn? thats ridiculous. His programs cause harm to people and hurt our industry as a whole and you want us to sit back and act like its ok? Absolutely ridiculous.

Granted, 90% of the posters on this board are not what one would consider serious webmasters. But 10% are. And, out of the 10%, at least a small percentage I trust to have a least an inkling of business ethics. So, the approach is to get at the very people who promote 12Clicks programs. Much quicker then waiting for the FTC or other regulatory body to take action. And as far as proof, as always, I don't go off half cocked. I provide the links, I provide the background. To say that the proof doesn't exist is just plan ludicrous. |

Yes I know you serve adds, but where are you running them? Are you using spyware to serve them up to infected users? |
