First...Thanks to everyone who has been singing the praises of NatNet. I have always said that NatNet was not the only quality hosting company in the industry...but it is the one that pays my bills so, of course, I think we are the best! LOL!!

I will pay your expenses to fly to Atlanta and meet with me and my staff...tour our data center and NOC and see with your own eyes what makes NatNet work. Additionally, I will pay for you to go to two competitors of your choice and meet with them and discuss the same with them. Then you make the choice that is best for you. The only thing that I ask in return is that you come back to GFY with a *comprehensive* report on what you found. I dont care if you even tell anyone who you chose...just what you learned. We do a couple 100k / yr with Jupiter and those guys rock and the price is decent. You'll make more money with Jupiter.
If you want to pay for premium service and get premium service you have to go with Natnet. I don't know why anyone would consider any of the others. |

Webair has been the best for me so far. I've been with 4 different hosting companies to date so I have seen enough to know what I like.
Just to put it in perspective, my first dedicated host was Verio in 2000/2001... and Webair beats them. |

Wow, well looking at the polls WebAir seems to have a slight lead. I haven't done any serious business with anyone other than WebAir. I can say this about WebAir.
Great Pricing Great Tech Support Won't hesitate to refund I have given them my business for the past 4 years and have had little if no trouble. Any issues I have had have been resolved in an effective and efficient manner. |

For some people Natnet may be the best choice. For some people the won't. Webair might right for you vs. another on the list. Jupiter is the only company OCCash hosts (consolidated from 3 companies) and we are very happy with them. Even though this is all about hosting -- there is a lot of apples vs. oranges here. |

For me being 5 -8 hours ahead of US timezones, support has usually been an issue for me. My working day is when most of US people are asleep or out of office.
With NatNet, the support when i need it is always there, at any time and the tech who answers my ticket knows exactly what there doing. Regardless of what day/time i put a ticket in, its usually answered within 5 mins. Sure, there more expensive, but worth every penny :thumbsup |
