I employ people I tutor all the time and they are on a contract that I have to give them 3 months notice and they can walk out tomorrow.

Your scheme is a nice idea and the guy who wrote the book is the real winner. But this is how you make more money via affiliates.

DEVOTE ALL YOUR EFFORTS TOWARDS CONVINCING THEIR TRAFFIC, YOUR SITE IS WORTH $30.

Then inside the site make them feel like it was such a good experience they will come back and rejoin in six months.

This will succeed on two levels. Affiliates with good traffic are not the fools of 6 years ago, they can spot a good site. They will see your site earns them more money than another site. More will join and more will send you more/better traffic.

After a very short time a site owner will find a significant number of surfers coming back to the site to rejoin. Many times without an affiliate code. Also when an ex member sees a link or gallery for a site he had joined and enjoyed he is more likely to go see what is happening and rejoin. Benefiting the second affiliate.
