Didn't need to say it because the fact that you're in the court means the cops
say you knew it was fake.
Now show me the magic formula to prove to a jury that you didn't know they were fake.
It becomes a matter of whether a jury believes you didn't know.
It becomes a battle of the minds, where what was in your mind is pitted against
what is in the jury's mind and they don't mind sending you to jail.
Don't try to analyse our laws just on the printed facts. You have to look at it in the
real world. The real world means, a bag of fake money in your trunk equals jail time no
matter what. Prove it was planted or illegal searched and you get off, but that's the only way.
