Until you get a notice of course, then you take it down and steal another from someone else to replace it..?

I know of big name companies doing it?!

I wouldn't say "Everyone" but there are alot of big companies either doing it or supporting it :2 cents:

Welcome to the adult internet business circa 2008.

Survive, Thrive or Die.

I dont know about anyone else but I'm thriving. I see more potential in this business now than ever before. Quit worrying & belly-aching about tube sites and start brainstorming on new ways to increase your income - then get to work. :)

The adult internet business is everything a horny, calculated risk-taking entrepreneur like myself could ever wish for in a business. 15 years ago nobody here could even conceptualize this reality - but here we are. If you can't figure out a way to continue to make good money in this everchanging business then Im sorry to say you deserve to be forced out. :upsidedow See ya.

And for all my fellow adult webmasters who've paid their dues and have every confidence they will continue to thrive no matter what this business throws at them, keep it up - you all are the true :pimp:pimp:pimp :thumbsup

PornHero, you just spoke the absolute truth. :pimp

At the end of the day, people care more about their income than any moral issues. Despite board rantings, there are very few of you who would take less money to promote a whitelisted sponsor. It might be harsh, but it's the reality of it. Most people know that if it's not them doing it, it'll be someone else.

I do think lawsuits are coming, and they'll come furiously. There are already companies struggling big time (even some long standing ones) that will turn to suing the crap out of people as a means of income.

Paco, of Large Cash. 08-21-2008 09:19 AM

bah!

It's been like this (so-called web marketeers *cough* ""masters"" always bitching and whining and accusing others of theft each time they fail, horribly, at something they call a ""marketing campaign"") for many MANY years now!

Proof is in the puddin'. The rest of the banter is mere conjecture from failures!

gusgug 08-21-2008 09:27 AM

Angry Jew Cat - Banned for Life 08-21-2008 10:21 AM

Maybe another way to rephrase this thread would be: Is the Net better or worse off due to the DMCA?
