Youtube removes all movies if the user is banned. Rapidshare is doing the same. Webhosts do not remove part of a website, they remove all on the account if their user is banned. Are you telling their laywers have no clue?

And why did they leave that video up? Who knows with YouTube? They removed our first music video because it was against their "community guidelines" and it was a music video. They took it down because Claudia-Marie was in a bikini with her tits jiggling. lol

They didn't worry about DMCA or anything. There wasn't even any nudity. The original video to "Get With Me' is on http://tptrash.com/ I had to make a censored video for them to leave it up. And the only thing I censored was CM in a bikini with NO nudity at all and everything having meaning to the song.
