Look the PornHub property will do what is best for the property. It's not going to do more... or less. It will make sure that it fits within the legal boundaries (however jacked up they are) and it will leverage those boundaries to the best of its ability in order to maximize revenue...

I have zero argument with you there. I joined Jug Cash as an affiliate when it first opened. Met the guys at Mansef at the Amsterdam show in 2007 and enjoyed our conversation and liked them all.

Yeah jumbo loans in real estate are loans that are too big to be covered by Fanny Mae or Freddy Mac...why would you say "LOL" ? I know because I just got a Jumbo loan 2 years ago for the house I'm living in here in Vegas. MUCH different than the house I owned before. But the same as the business properties I owned.

And I KNOW he didn't go anywhere and get a loan. He was made a partner in a new company. The company itself has some money partners who can back up the kind of loan and the money was spent.

That was my whole point...that Fabian/Nathan didn't have the personal financial stroke to back up that kind of deal. His partners do. That's all I tried to say. A loan of that size requires years and years of proof of income (tax returns) at a level that most guys aren't on.

And Fabian/Nathan's background doesn't indicate that he ever has made that kind of money even one year. But obviously somebody did. And Fabian/Nathan is the guy who is the "managing partner".

But Fabian/Nathan keeps making generalized blurry statements that somehow infer he DID have that kind of income for years. I call bullshit. And again say that myself and at least 20 guys I am personally friends with have made more money in a year than he has in his whole life.

Not saying he isn't getting a nice salary NOW. Just saying that he was nothing until a few months ago. And he will most likely return from whence he came once it's all said and done judging from his lack of knowledge of ANYTHING to do with the Manwin company when a question is asked.

I fully accept the facts, which are: Guys who work for you and others like them steal my intellectual property and profit from it until I find it and have it removed. I live with that fact daily, but it doesn't make the fact any easier to swallow.

Here is the thing Nathan, if you are willing to profit off from stolen property, then you better be willing to take the heat for doing it. That's why everyone posts in these threads.

Theft is theft, no matter how you want to justify it or hide behind the current law that protects you. Its just unfortunate you can steal it online instead of coming inside my house to get it. :(

just because I do not reply to a certain question about Manwin, does not mean I do not know the answer, it means I choose not to say it. Some things are nobody's business.

And if you think I should know every little detail of the inner workings in each of our 4 main offices around the globe, then we simply have to disagree. This is the point of having good management, so I do not have to worry about the little things. I focus on financing, new acquisitions and general direction of the company. (And posting on GFY as a hobby ;))

A thought struck me from this thread, whats to stop someone setting up a few Chinese or Korean servers and then uploading a shit load of Manwin content and profiting from that ? No pesky DMCA to worry about and then Manwin can have a taste of it's own medicine.

Obviously Nathan is as stupid as fuck, not for what he is doing, but for trying to convince people that his company can't just remove infringing content or remove users who repeatedly upload infringing content. It's a simple case of my business my rules.

If they receive a DMCA, they press a button, deactivate the video for two weeks, and the transfer them to a new id and activate them again.
The only manual work that is done on the tubes is writing titles and descriptions and categorization. Videos are uploaded in bulk.
