I asked about this yesterday - Everyone ignored me as usual :).

They are an advertiser here - see above - I am intersted because it may be easier for me as a UK wm to use them than the others.

It always raises a red flag to me when someone has to tell me they are trustworthy.

What's difficult about using the other, established ones in the UK? My Paxum card works everywhere here.

Also, if they steal my money I can get to their office and burn it down more easily :)....

The key difference would be, first of all that we are an Association which means that there are no shareholders our members' interests are all we care about.

Secondly, eNumbered is not a regulated business and does not offer any peace of mind with regards to keeping its clients funds secure. Reference to gold is pure marketing. Price of gold tends to fluctuate and now is almost at all time high. What happens to the value of their clients' funds when the price of gold falls?

Thirdly, I cannot seem to find any legal information about the company or their terms and conditions. This is alarming as I do not understand what regulates ones relationship with the company.

E-Money business is highly regulated for the simple reason to protect people's funds. EPA works only with well established UK banks and offers highest level of security for members' funds.

With regards to anonymous transactions in order to transact EPA members only require to know each-others ePayments ID. This makes transactions anonymous. Furthermore, EPA members personal information is protected by Data Protection Act of 1998.

Membership of the Association is open to individual and businesses involved in all areas of online marketing. Once verified all individual members are issued with ePayments Prepaid Card. The card is linked to the ePayments Account and can be instantly loaded.

Key facts about EPA's chip & pin ePayments Prepaid Card:
Maximum Card Balance - $20,000
Maximum Single Load - $10,000 (Limited to 2 loads per day)
ATM Withdraw Limit - $3,000 (per day)
ATM Fee - $1.50 (per transaction)

Members of the Association can get paid directly on to their ePayments Accounts by their affiliate programmes/networks even if a network paying is not an EPA member. In order to do so, an affiliate programme/network when making a bank transfer must mention payees ePayments ID under payment details.

However, businesses can make significant savings by joining the EPA as loading funds to their ePayments Accounts is totally free as well as payments between members.

And your rep could have told you not to keep calling it epass..., er I mean epayment. It's kind of like calling new car model the Pinta or an investment firm called "Enran, Madov, and Ponzy". It doesn't evoke feelings of trust in this industry.
