Sorry, but Google is not a Civil or Criminal Code and has no validity in courts. The only article which mentions "nontraditional sexual relations" is an article 6.21 in Code on Administrative Violations (note it's not even a Criminal Code).

The article says exactly the following:

Well let's say Billie Jean King kisses her girlfriend casually at a reception, she could be subject to incarceration or a fine or both. Even if there aren't kids there (I mean, the "save the children" trope is so over used), if a picture is snapped of the moment and distributed to media, there might be children who see it.

And come to think of it, this law is so vague, the photographer could be busted too.

I haven't heard that the law has been used or enforced yet, so I guess it's wait and see. But it's a stupid law, too vague and potentially dangerously misused.

P.S. Vendz, all these articles are cool, but isn't it easier to ask a man who lives in Moscow about of real situation here? I've just gave a Google link to Moscow gay clubs. There is a shitload of them and they are definitely can't be considered as "underground" places.

I was listening to you, just like to get other links, adds to your cred. I have heard from others in the gay community about the clubs in Moscow. Heard they were pretty good.

I want to go to Moscow someday, maybe not the gay clubs, but I love the architecture they have there. I believe it would be a great adventure to have and will hit up my friends in the area when I go there. Next year in March, I'm going to China. I'm going to see the great wall, the Terra Cotta warriors. Going to spend 4 nights on the Yanzi river. Even going to visit a silk factory. All sorts of cool stuff in a 14 day trip.

Plenty of US politicians are butt hurt over Snowden, it's one of the few things they can all agree on..

1. That Crackhead represents one City in Canada not 'Canadians' as in the Country,

2. The reason Canadians are interested in US Politics is because we are your largest Trading partner with about 75%+ of Canadian GDP Trade done with the USA,

3. It wold be stupid to ignore anything at either the Federal or State level in Politics & Laws as it pretty much effects most if not all Canadians,

4. The US is too Big & Powerful to ignore for the rest of the world :)

5. We Canadians most of us share similar Freedom & Values with the USA as in the Constitution!

Just an advice. If you want to visit Moscow, make sure to do it on a late spring or on summer. Autumn and almost a whole winter here are ugly (most time it's about 0 Celsius, rain and slush).
