Worst advertising company .... Exoclick
 

I have been customer for a few months with them for only a single of my white labels, provided by video secrets. I invested over 5000$ into ads. I was betting on the very very long run ( I was planning to invest 200 to 500$ every single day for next year ) I was trying a new strategy with popunder traffic only.

Right when I start to earn a little of my investment back, they decided to ban me.

The reason? My white label(which actually video secrets probably provide 10000s of the same white label to other exoclick traffic buyer anyway) contain malware.... here is the report they send me

What kind of company would hire any malware consultant or any malware team or anyone actually that do not know how to google? I mean, I am not a security expert, but I copied the javascript, and guess what, its part of Iovation anti-fraud protection... after 1 minute of google I've found out that SKYPE is using the same exact javascript for part of their anti-fraud...

Seriously, what kind of company claim they are amount the biggest for popunder traffic but is not able to have one person on board that know how to use google?

I made 3 different ticket over the week, none of them ever responded. Update : 3 weeks now and nothing has come out so I released this thread.

I really hope everyone think twice before relaying on exoclick for a long-time business plan. Seriously think twice, and more then twice, dont put your bucks into a company that will fuck one of your project without any reason, just for not knowing how to use google.

Or actually maybe they are right, western union, citibank, skype are using malware on their site... (yea they all use same protection as videosecrets white labels)

I understand your doubt about me but Exoclick has been abusing my advertising account more than once for such little things. Did you had a look at the image they sent me as "proof". As right I answered them this was an Anti-fraud they stop answering. Pretty much self-explainatory.

Where does Exoclick get their traffic?

The money I invested yes, the money left in my balance no.
I've done more than 7k transaction with them in the 1st 3 months.

Be very careful buying traffic for white labels with 3rd party advertisers. I can understand why exoclick would stop your ad. Exoclick probably has in their TSO that you lose your money if malware is on your site. Even if it isn't your fault.

I wouldn't give money to people that advertise on Pirate's Bay anyways. I still cling to my old timer ways that stealing is wrong.

If you need to steal a loaf of media because you can't afford to entertain your family; is that wrong?

Nothing wrong in buying traffic to white label, what is wrong is a company big as exoclick is having security expert that do not know how to use google......

What is wrong is approving a site and then when nothing changed un-approve it and ban / close my account after many thousand spents.

What is wrong is not reply to all my ticket, no respond my email...


Hopefully you guys think twice before using a company that will randomly close you under false accusation only to ruin your white label earning plan.

I agree there is tons of advertising company, however when you start to invest into one its only after few weeks, from my personal experience, that you start to gain RoI because people keep seeing your ads , on same websites, same popunder... I did traffic buying from 3 different network, on the 3 network my ads are showing on same site since few months, i think that is what help my site...

I just though it was important to make this thread to warn everyone about exoclick and their bad security expert which do not know how to use google. And the fact that once their security expert who do not know how to use google decide to ban you they refuse to respond to your ticket, they refuse to respond to email, they have no phone number to call them, they totally ignore you!!

Think twice on where to spend your next site launch advertising budget.

In my opinion Exoclick is not so good for buying traffic. Rabbit was also having some issues with them and posted something over here . I did buy once from them but not so much and without luck.

How much popunder traffic were you buying ? If you say around $200 per day it would mean around 60k per day?

Try Juicyads, somehow their approach is more personal with both advertiser and publishers and their traffic is super verified and it's legit (unlike many other brokers that get a lot of hype here).

I'm guessing they use malwarebytes and that is what picked up on that issue, I see it all the time with the warning pop up saying skype is harmful, I just whitelist it. It is a bit odd that you have a direct WL from a large company such as videosecrets and they don't work with you a little bit to get to the root of the problem.

The truble is, many people forget that the hits people by are often from people going to free sites.

Many are probably never ever going to buy porn.
