Yeah you gotta run a credit/check transaction report to get the correct data.

Panty Snatcher 03-12-2015 06:51 PM

I am trying to work on some BI reports for it

Lets see how they come out

Paul&John 03-13-2015 12:51 AM

I still cant imagine why such a big company wont release a new interface if everyone dislikes it.. so for many years!

darksoul 03-13-2015 03:39 AM

they've been obsolete for a few years already
not sure why people still use them

CHMOD 03-13-2015 03:56 AM

Guys, innovation and technical advancement is the only key in every business to move forward.

We went all the way and we fixed these problems with SecurionPay. You can register, even anonymously, and have a look at the way we have prepared things for you and how we also present our stats. Everything goes via API, so no more CSV files. All is clean, simple and friendly. And of course in real time!

Your opinion matters most for us, so if you suggest some further improvements we listen because we want to make for you the best payment experience there is in the high-risk market.

- we own the gateway, its a in-house solution, so things happen fast

- you can chose any programming language you want to integrate

- you have limitless way to integrate to make sure the system will always match your needs

- all payment scenarios are possible

We believe that payment processing can be simple, clean and easy. We did all the heavy work to make it happen. Our mission is to keep developers relaxed and shop owners focused on their products and services. This is why took care of every aspect of the billing process to give them more freedom and more time.

Here is the link for you to check things out: https://securionpay.com/register

Other useful links: https://securionpay.com/faq and https://securionpay.com/docs

We accept EU based companies for now. US solution may come soon!

Btw, the fee for the start is 4.9%.

StinkyPink 03-13-2015 11:19 AM

I use the mobile app for quick stats.

It seems the frames have problems with all my current browsers. Refresh after refresh just to get it to function.

Panty Snatcher 03-13-2015 11:51 AM

Let me know when you start accepting US Paysites :)

i first met people from CCBill in 2003 - they said there will be an easier, faster backend soon.

i'll leave it at that.

Hello Panty Snatcher,

We will make sure everyone will know :-), but keep an eye on our website just in case for further info on that subject.

i've seen this thread at least 100 times in the last ten years

Kafka 03-13-2015 05:36 PM

I want to nuance my rant a bit.
Ccbill always pays on time.
They are a very long time in business (reliable).
The support is good.
But the admin needs a refresh, it looks like 2001.

jscott 03-13-2015 11:38 PM

Ccbill is anti-innovative. Cmon! Its 2015 and i still have to refresh 20 times for stats to load? Wtf!

They show up correctly in FlexStats too, just delayed. If you check yesterday's stats in Transaction Reports vs FlexStats, they always match.

sojproductions 03-14-2015 06:54 AM

just took me 27 attempts to load a members subscription in chrome, always loads just before I give in and use IE! been like it for years and not gonna change, doesnt really bother me anymore, part of the day...

Cameltoepro 06-01-2015 02:53 PM

Not sure whats going on. I have 2 new programs. Been sending hits to them for approximately 2 weeks now. Yet, ccbill has not recorded one click, raw or otherwise for some reason. Went back checked all the links. Nothing wrong with them. I'm confused

almost certainly you are using the wrong link. You use the affiliate ID of the program you signed up with, not your master account ID, right?

Cameltoepro 06-01-2015 03:21 PM

Yes I'm using the Id's for each program. Not the master. I have rechecked them again and again..

that's very, very strange.

PM me the codes if you like and I'll have a look and see if I can spot what the problem is :thumbsup

you are getting no hits reported at all, or no urls reported btw? ccbill is such a piece of shit it only gives referring urls if they end up in a sale, and even then only some of the time. If it's no hits at all, there's a fuckup somewhere with the linkcodes, 99.9999% guaranteed :2 cents:

yy better stick to those sponsors with fancy big cars or dollar signs and 3d stats on their signuppage, im sure they convert much better

JasonCollins 06-03-2015 07:00 AM

We just started a new wave of updates to our admin section:

Cameltoepro 06-03-2015 07:39 AM

Had the sponsor double check links. All good. ccbill showing them all of a sudden. Yet, today every time I login after a couple mins, it says my session has timed out..LOL..I give up..:error

This IS their idea of an easier, faster backend.

phil-flash 09-02-2016 01:41 PM

I must bump this thread... this really sucks. I went out to my back porch for some joe, smokes, and stats.

I login to CCBill using FireFox. Not because I like FireFox, but because over the years that is the only (insert expletive) browser that will get past the (status bar) Transferring data from ssl.google-analytics.com...

But only most of the time. Like today, it is still hanging there on a Credit/Check transaction report as I type this message.

When I check my Streamate Stats... it loads the data as if it knew I was getting ready to push the submit button. It's loads before I can even blink.

Flex Stats is slow as heck and inaccurate. Comparing Flex Stats to Credit/Check Transactions, it always lags a sale or two behind.

Flex Stats loads sometimes and LOTS of times it does nothing. After 3 to 10 persistent clicks... it might load.

Honestly, I do not even really want to look at Flex Stats because I am not confident that the numbers are accurate. These numbers are my money. I want to know about my money in real time.

That admin looks like a timewarp back to 2002 like someone else said.

The main page when they post news, you can see their code in it. Example: <p><font color="#000099" size="3" face="Verdana"><strong>

The CCBill logo is on a white background and does not blend into the ancient gradient... not to mention that two logos up top left is pretty redundant. See image below.

http://phil-flash.com/assets/img/ccbill.jpg

I am also amazed, that a CCBill rep. has not responded to this thread. They used to be all over this place like flies on doodoo.

I do like that I am paid on time, the support people are fabulous, and the flex forms are pretty awesome as well.

I would like to see the expired card updating put into place. So many rebills could be salvaged if they did that.

This is really getting old. Can we at least get word on a major overhaul or something.

phil-flash 09-02-2016 01:47 PM

49 seconds to load a Credit/Check Transaction Report... this is frustrating to no end.

jscott 09-02-2016 01:50 PM

I havent been loading my ccbill stats on a regular basis for years now. I click "load stats" sometimes 25x's and it still wont load, until finally i giveup. Now i know better, just dont waste time trying to check stats anymore, which sucks, because stats are sometimes necessary to grow income/traffic/sales/etc :(

BigFurry 09-02-2016 03:42 PM

Flex Stats is accurate, it's just a few hours behind. If you only check up until yesterday, it's correct.

I use NiftyStats, it always manages to download CCBILL data.

I definitely agree that CCBILL could use some work though. But at least they do have detailed data, unlike all of these stats portals that programs develop themselves. 99% of those suck, and don't provide enough data. (eg. join data, country, member id, number of rebills, total income)

I checked out Niftystats, I was ready to try it out until I got to their members area and realized it is for windows only.

Know of anything similar that works on a mac?

The other one is StatsRemote, which works on MAC. I have no experience with it, you should test it how well it works with CCBILL's slow interface. :)

Worst case scenario you could run a Windows virtual machine inside MAC, and run NiftyStats in that.

phil-flash 09-02-2016 05:53 PM

If anyone is listening at CCBill... a DASHBOARD would be a great idea. Just like Google Analytics.

NETbilling 09-02-2016 08:43 PM

CCbill is a great company. However, if you are looking for a much more robust interface, prices at about 50% less than most iPSPs, complete control over not only the fraud scrubbing, but everything in between including how our call canter handles your customer service, then NETbilling will be a great solution for you.

We have been serving this industry since 1998.

We will be sponsoring and of course attending all 3 upcoming EU shows and would love to meet with you. Please email [email protected] to setup a meeting.

Questions?

Thanks, Mitch
