Looking To Hire 5 Full Time Manual Tube Uploaders

I'm looking to add 5 manual tube uploaders to my team.

If you're interested in this job then please read this entire thread as anyone who asks me something that is answered in this thread will automatically be disqualified.

Here's The Job Description:

Your job will be to upload 1000 videos to a tube site ill give you every week.

Once the videos are uploaded you will add tags,keywords and pick the best thumbnail for each video.

The average size of the videos will be 300 mb so you NEED to have EXTREMELLY FAST internet speed to be able to do this job.

Please do NOT waste your time contacting me for this job if your internet speed is not SUPER FAST.

This is is a full time job that is well paid.

Here Are The Requirements For This Job:

- You must have an EXTREMELLY FAST internet connection.

- You must know how to properly add tags,keywords,descriptions,thumbnails..etc to videos.

Not sure what's causing all the hostility in this thread.

We've been hiring people on this forum for this exact same job for 4+ years and have never had anyone who worked for us post on the thread that we scamed them, didnt pay or did any other bull shiet so I really dont get what the issue is.

Anyways, I'm still looking for people.

Also, if anyone is interested please feel free to check all our previous threads in the past 4 years and you will not find any complaints from anyone who has actually worked for us.

Because I think you are 100% full of shit. I have full-time Uploaders and the "job" you are posting here (also the wrong fucking section but that's another issue) is a ruse. Even if someone took the job they would find it's a ridiculous amount of work for the low amount you would pay them. How do I know this? Because I know how much a full-time Uploader gets paid and no one but a third world grunt would work for $2 an hour dude.

Also, thanks for not posting a single testimonial from anyone who actually took this joke of a job and therefore proving my points.

Again, I am not the only one saying this guy is a joke. What do I think is going on? The first question is where are all these videos that need uploading coming from? Is the OP a Program Owner?

I think the guy runs a tube and is looking for 'user uploaders' to upload videos. (Again, whose videos? Where do they come from?) Which is why no GFYer will post here supporting him, even if they took the job Plus, I suspect his "pay" is this: "You upload as many videos as you can with XYZ.com watermark and I'll give you a cut of the memberships!"

Now maybe I am wrong about all this and, if so, I will surely apologize. But remember: this started with a simple request for testimonials and then the OP attacked ME. :)

I think you did go a little over the top here in your previous post.

I talked with this guy awhile ago and he was a prick, to me. It does not mean he doesn't pay though. I know exactly what he does and it is not running a tube. He uses tubes to gain traffic as an affiliate.

But why he is having so much problems retaining tube uploaders is certainly a legit question. Because if existing tube uploaders were happy, they would still be uploading, and then word of mouth to gain more.

Content is cheap as shit nowadays, you do not have to be a program owner to upload content to tubes.

Secondly, I pay a flat rate per 1000 videos for uploading, it's been this way since 2011.
