Comey's looking pretty dumb right now..

breaking news..

House Intel Committee Schiff : well yea...it now looks like he was wiretapped.

him along with Comey both said : no evidence...a few days ago.

somebody just got played...

Bladewire 03-22-2017 02:17 PM

Nothing has changed. You don't don't listen to words, sentences or facts very well :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

When a foreigner is under legal FISA and mentions an Americans name on the phone, the Americans name needs to be masked.

Even if their name is masked you might be able to tell who they are, that was the chairman's concern. Example: (masked name) talked to the owner of Trump Tower who is (masked name).

You either are not very bright or just spin things for the purpose of trolling. I suspect a little of both is in play by you, or possibly a lot of both. I have yet to make that final conclusion.

crockett 03-22-2017 02:41 PM

Just think, if the Republicans hadn't spent 5 hrs yesterday asking questions about leaks they might of got some useful info...

If I remember correctly there was only 1 group of questions about the wiretapping. Can't blame Comey for not answering questions he wasn't asked...

Btw.. Comey didn't do or say anything about any specific person. He specificly would not answer any question referring to a specific person if that person was a US citizen.

Nunes' intent was to suicide bomb the committee and hope an independent one isn't formed. By the way, how can Trump lackey be heading an investigation into Trump?

This stunt will backfire big time. It's just another attempt by team Trump to extend the obsfucation another 10 days until they can come up with another distraction for the next 10 days after that.

Chairman Nunes is shady. He just interviewed live on CNN that nothing new is found he is just "concerned":

1) Says he came across "something"

2) Says nothing illegal occured, everthing authorized.

3) Doesn't share the "something" with the committee.

4) Goes to Paul Ryan

5) Then goes to Trump, who is under FBI investigation

6) Then has a press conference where he says nothing illegal happened but he's "concerned"

7) All other GOP & Democrat committee members hear about it for the first time in TV

Nunes is trying to soil the investigation because the years getting to hot on Trump.

It's looking like Obama set everything up to derail Trump.

They wiretapped international figures and did not redact Trump's name from the reports like they were legally required to do. Then Obama signed the order days before leaving office for intel agencies to share information. Info on the "Trump wiretaps" was then leaked and the spotty information blown totally out of proportion by the liberal media.

What exactly from my post do you think is BS?

Obviously you have no command of the facts. They were supposed to redact the names of US citizens and did not. FACT. Obama ordered intel agencies to share information days before leaving office. FACT. Names from the Trump camp were leaked to the media for appearing in these reports. FACT.

I don't see what there is to dispute.

AP Exclusive: Before Trump job, Manafort worked to aid Putin

Trump team downplaying report Paul Manafort paid $10M to help Putin

Robbie 03-22-2017 06:22 PM

It's funny watching CNN and MSNBC and Fox News spinning their asses off today.

Suddenly they are talking about Paul Manafort breathlessly like something new and illegal has happened...neither being the case.

And listening to Jake Tapper today on CNN tap-dancing all around the subject of Obama doing surveillance on Trump...he kept desperately saying that this didn't mean Trump was "right" because Trump had clearly tweeted that he was "wire tapped".
Since when do "reporters" (and I use that word very loosely) start making statements of "fact" about whether or not a President was correct?

I never heard Jake Tapper say that Pres. Obama was not truthful when he said ObamaCare would LOWER the costs and that you could keep your doctor and your plan.
I never heard him go after Obama for "wire tapping" (as Trump would call it) Angela Merkel.
Matter of fact, he treated Pres. Obama like sweet-baby-Jesus. And then he parses words with Trump every day on his show (because that is ALL that CNN does now...attack Trump 24 hours a day and NEVER report the news)

OMG! How fucking stupid!

Tapper knows what Trump was saying. He was using the vernacular for Govt. surveillance that was used my entire lifetime until the last 20 years as the internet and then cellphones became more and more used.

The media is just pathetic. And they simply can't stand that Trump has made them look like the lying and biased bunch that they are.

None the less the head of the FBI and the NSA testified before Congress that there is zero proof that Trump was "wire tapped" or was under surveillance and that either was not even asked for. I know this because I watched the entirety of the hearings. The President and his supporters just do not like to admit that he/they were/are wrong. The Donald himself has already confessed that his source for his tweet about his "wires were tapped" was Fox news. He is pretty much a clown, a joke, and I believe nothing more than a con man. I hope that he proves me wrong, but up to this point all indications are that I am correct. He has been all about filling his coffers thus far, displaying his ignorance, and little else.

In addition "wire tap" is not the vernacular used for general surveillance.

Not Trump's campaign manager for a few months before he was fired (Corey Lewandowski was the campaign manager through the entire Republican nomination race and the Manafort for a couple of months...and then Kelly Anne Conway took over and won the election)

Not only did Hillary Clinton do something really, really dangerous for her best friend and "reset button" buddy Putin and the EVIL Russians....but then they got paid BIG TIME for it.

After Hillary made the deal...check this out from the NY Times story:
"Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock."

Holy SHIT!

Another quote:
"the episode underscores the special ethical challenges presented by the Clinton Foundation, headed by a former president who relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors."

And...
The deal was strategically important to Mr. Putin, who shortly after the Americans gave their blessing sat down for a staged interview with Rosatom’s chief executive, Sergei Kiriyenko. “Few could have imagined in the past that we would own 20 percent of U.S. reserves,” Mr. Kiriyenko told Mr. Putin.

You dust watch the video where Nunes explicitly said nothingbillegal, nothing wrong, but something that could be something after he gets more info.

It's called a NothingBurger like Comeys second email investigation NothingBurger. Nunes lost credibility by the way he handled it he's clearly biased and not non partisan and needs to go. Investigators don't goto the person they're investigating giving them info and not the other investigators. Pure corruption he must go. Period.

Your trolling is so lame.

Are you really this ignorant of the news of the day? Nunes was on every news channel today explaining very, very carefully the chain of events.
And then you post that nonsense?

Plus it was used all over the cable news channels as well.

No need to try and argue what everyone knows is THE common word for surveillance.

Also as you just pointed out...the very media outlets who have been saying Trump LIED about being "wiretapped" were the same exact ones reporting that he WAS wiretapped when that storyline fit their agenda.

Nunes himself did not say what you are saying. I am older than you and in my lifetime "wire tap" meant exactly that and never in my life time has it meant anything other than being "wire tapped" does it also mean that you are being survielled, yes. The president was not being survielled and everyone that has investigated this matter including Nunes has stated that there is zero proof that he was. I am sure that you and others will spin it in whatever way you choose to spin it.

Also as I have pointed out the Donald had no inside information about having his "wires tapped" he admits that he got the information by watching Fox news and immediately started tweeting, multiple tweets based upon what a fox news contributor said.
