Where to find models?
 

I expatriated out of the US and am now in non-English speaking countries. I have an idea for a paysite but need models. Where can models be sourced from?

I'm currently in Eastern Europe if this helps.

You'd still have to screen them, just like any other hire. The nice thing is, once you're inside the club, they usually come to you.

Most agencies in E Europe require registration and approval. So be ready to prove you are a legit producer, or at least seems like one.

Prostitutes = the stupidest idea. Prostitutes are never models (at least those in Europe) and even if they do want to shoot porn, they are usually too primitive to work with. Prostitutes enjoy their privacy, thats why they are prostitutes, they dont want to be seen.

Poland at the moment. I'm heading to the Ukraine soon. I might visit Prague in the Spring if its good for models.

if you´re interested in real models, there´s many model companies in Europe. Of course, this is for real costs, flights etc.

I suggest speaking in bars, chat with women & see if you can film some first timers, you could have some luck. Even if you´re out for a night, chat with maybe 20 or 30 girls, you´ll find one, then the night was worth while... 3 times a week and you´ll have plenty of weekly content :thumbsup

Can you speak the local language? If so advertise in the places students and others go to for part time jobs. If you can't you have to go to use agents.

Poland is hard because it's Catholic, Ukraine illegal and you need mafia connections, the Czech Republic it's easier but they're now well aware if it goes online their friends, family and neighbours will know.

Prague and Budapest is all you need. There are models in other countries like Spain, Uk and France, but no point to bother unless you have a specific idea in mind.

I normally just walk up to girls in public places and casually speak with them about the possibility of them participating in my amateur modeling shoots. I went though an agency once, but I only shot just a few girls. It is just much safer (and more convenient) to advertise online looking for models. I do this quite a bit too. However, if you take the "finding girls on the street" approach, you must be very professional, as well as respectful in terms of your approach.

If you don't feel comfortable with using such a direct approach in order to recruit female talent, I'd try to hook up with an agency or either create some ads that are local to your area and post them online. Or of course, you can just go out and recruit the models on your own.

I can honestly tell you offering a porn job directly to random girls on the street would be hard, time consuming and extremely tiring - this is Europe, not USA. I believe many of them wouldn't even respond to your very first and very important question - "how old are you?" . Just because of privacy.

From my own experience, models are usually intelligent girls (at least those who I work with), since they understand the difference between prostitution and porn acting... while prostitutes are totally stupid, unreliable and impossible to work with. Most of them earn over 50e a day from their homes, untaxed (which is very good here), enjoying privacy and feeling safe as they are rarely alone ..why would they shoot public porn to earn a few extra per day of "hard work" with persons they don't know and outside their safe apartments?

For them it's hard work for low money compared to selling sex services, not to mention they are usually fugly and drugged.

A card needed, the professional equipment for the first meeting. A proper place or address, it´s a straight forward way to tout for models, apart from you need to be doing it right.

tbh, we don´t have much time for finding models, however, between friends, yes, I can give you a list of models to contact, they´re in Alicante, Barcelona & Madrid. Also, many girls will fly over from the UK. Flights are only 50 return these days :thumbsup

Well, if its just 1 guy (or girl) asking random, attractive girls "do you want to shoot a porn," that'll be odd. If its 1 guy asking 1 girl at the bar to shoot a porn with him, that'll be creepy AF!

To execute this correctly, RASCLS must be implemented:
* Reciprocation - tell the girls walking by at a public place (main square) that they're attractive.
* Authority - tell them that you work for a model scouting agency. Have a clipboard and paperwork with you.
* Social Proof - have multiple scouts at the scene.
* Likability - look good yourself (or have good looking scouts)
* Scarcity - This is built in, only attractive girls are talked to.

The scouts need to ask if the potential models are OK with lingerie shoots, erotic shoots, and nude shoots.

Then, get IDs and book interviews at a nice restaurant with models who are OK with lingerie, erotic, and nude. The models would need to speak English.

Scouts are almost minimum wage jobs -- they're not much different than a guy handing out flyers but they just need more motivation than that guy. In E Europe, the minimum wage is like $3/hour, so it's easy to get 3 scouts working part time to be at the Main Square during peak hours ($180/week).

Those 3 scouts just need to find 1 model/week to have a paysite going.

That's very, very feasible, especially in a big city like Prague.

For 180 per week a reliable person could have a serious job with long time perspective instead of publicly exposing his face in connection to pornography ... not to mention that if you want to employ them legally, you would need to pay taxes from their salaries.

Scouts usually receive a provision for each model instead of working fixed time for a fixed salary. Paying them per model would be much more effective.

It also depends on how much money you offer per shoot to the models. Nice girls in Czech Republic are not cheap.. don't confuse amateurs (first timers) with the chicks from agencies. First timers often expect 2-3 times more than what is usual. The reason is that the models in agencies have steady amount of work offered to them, so they are willing to accept less cash per shoot. They know the state of this industry and what is the norm. Amateurs are usually clueless and if you approach them this way, they feel important and often expect lots of money for getting naked.
