Just let kids be kids and teach them responsibility, discipline, respect, etc. Regardless of their gender. At a certain age the 'kid' will naturally begin the process of becoming what they are.

It should not be artificially forced by any means. I feel so lucky to have never given a second thought as to my gender. I was born a boy and raised as a child. There were never any discussions about what I should play with, how I should dress, etc. That was pretty much left to me as long as it was age appropriate. The only obstacles were affording the things I wanted, which is where my parents taught the value of work and money.

But they never even hinted at anything gender related, nor did I ever think about it. If they did start making a big deal out of it when I was still in that stage I probably would have gotten a little confused.

Once puberty hit I started to discover females in a way I never considered before. What an amazing experience. They went from a mild enigma to literally goddess type beings that I couldn't get out of my head.

None of this was instilled in me by social construct. Perhaps because my parents were working all the time to make sure we had what we needed that they had no time for this nonsense.

Either way what I know is nature works just fine if you leave it alone.
