What happened to FemJoy affiliate program?
 

I have some old links pointing to femjoy.com. Found out today that last month I basically had no new signups, just rebills. Then I noticed the join form changed and the site now seem to be part of Gamma.

Tried to find it femjoy under their aff programs, no luck.

They have no link to any Affiliate program on the site.

also, there are traffic leaks on their FHGs, they put links/banners withnout your affiliate code there. I tried to contact them lately-no response. stopped pushing them last month and pulling the old links slowly.

This is absolutely not fair to affiliates!

Femjoy and Joymii were recently purchased by Gamma and we are moving away from the CCBill affiliate program, so we are not accepting any new signups via the old CCbill program (hence the removal of the links).

Presently we are configuring NATS and will be importing all CCbill affiliates into NATS.

All traffic with a a CCbill affiliate link still goes to the CCbill join page and all credit is still being given. If you don't have a CCbill link (meaning internal organic traffic), you get our billing instead.All CCbill affiliate sales are still being tracked and paid out via CCbill.

We are (eventually) setting up a script after the affiliate import that will convert the links to be tracked in NATS instead, meaning no conversions will be lost but they will go through our own billing instead. We have to do all of this in steps though, including moving their servers, so we havne't rushed into it or made any formal announcements yet.


We will have a formal communication from the Gamma side with all affiliates once the import is done and let everyone know how to access the new accounts. The former owner also sent an email about his new site to affiliates and this transition, but if your address doens't match what's in your CCbill account it's been brought to my attention that some people might not have gotten it.

Epoch does not seem to be properly tracked via CCBILL though. It's not part of a CCBILL cascade.

Is it possible to switch links to NATS now rather than waiting for the import to finish?

Yes, you can set up a NATS account now at [nats.femjoy.com] in which case all joins go through our billing in TC and will be paid out via Gamma. All existing rebills will still pay out via CCbill.

There won't be any tools etc in it but I'll get you approved immediately.

It goes through the NATS prejoin and the postback is done to CCBill to track credit.

We are working quickly to move to NATS instead of importing to our existing cash programs so that we can improve a lot of processes for affiliates going forward. Gamma is expanding at a really rapid rate this year and we are doing so with more flexibility than we have in the past, because we realize that one of the bottlenecks is often trying to make legacy businesses fit into the Gamma shaped box.

The one thing you can count on though is that we carefully consider the impacts of each move that we make and aren't changing anything just for the sake of making it look like the rest of our business.

Also it wasn't a cascade then or now, it was a rotation. The prejoin (via Custom system) checked for CCbill tracking and if it existed, you got CCbill, if it didn't, it was a 50/50 split between epoch and ccbill.

So Epoch wouldn't be shown on affiliate tracking. All billers were listed on all pages though, since it was more complicated to change the prejoin page then to redirect to the appropriate biller.

How about Femjoy and joymii FHGs? Are the sales made thru them tracked? I have lots of blog posts with them online. I wouldn't like to remove them.

Yep, those are staying on CCbill for now for that reason. CCbill will remain active, we are mostly just trying to move new traffic to our own billing. There will still be some new signups and rebills there.

We know from experience that all those millions of older links need to go someplace, hence the mention above of the the script to translate CCbill links to NATS links. That should alleviate the need to replace older links.

Hmmm, really weird that I basically didn't get any new signup last month. Anyway I am going to get a NATS link and we will what happens this month.

Question: Are you going to add Paxum or something better than check by mail?

For instance Vivid, another NATS program of yours always post backs to NATS JOIN FORM - even with PayPal.

Yes we will offer allt he payouts that Gamma does, including wire and Paxum.

For a few reasons:
-doing it this way allowed us to make sure we could safely migrate affiliates off of CCbill.

-ecause we are in full sprint acquisition mode and that takes time and resources to do that would slow us down.

-Also we have been working on testing a new platform that we may move everything to and it would be a waste of money. NATS does the trick until we decide what direction current sites, the new sites and future sights we have offers on will go.

The prejoin means that no affiliate sales are going through EPOCH. They either go through Trustcharge and are posted in NATS or go to CCbill and are tracked in CCbill.

We will be removing Paypal soon too. I'm pretty sure it's just cannibalizing sales for a higher processing rate. The whole goal is to move everything to NATS/TC ASAP without affiliates losing any traffic and sales.


The best thing you can do is switch to NATS links and then you know it's all tracked.

Yes, we bought Femjoy, Joymii and Nutabu, but not stepsecrets. The FHG's need a lot of work and that's what I'll tackle next after the billing. I want to update them and get them on NATS.

Because it does, and you can enter your credit card number or Pay with Paypal in Epoch.

Ok, Femjoy FHGs should be ok, just noticed that Stepsecrets banner on joymii FHGs is now replaced with "Holiday Sale" banner and its link contains PA=2537639, instead of my affiliate ID (PA).

With NATS links we haven't removed paypal yet. It doesn't show with CCbill links though (because CCbill doesn't offer it). This is part of the reason we haven't made a big push to move all the affiliates to NATS.

I'm still finding places where things need to fix while we update all of the compliance on the sites. If you guys find anything that needs to be addressed, please let me know and I'll take care of it ASAP!

I'll look now, but you should still be getting credit. That I think is just so you get the price point on CCBill. Can you send me a link of a specific page of one of yours and I'll have a look? I think the integrator just uncommented out the step secrets banner. We'll test it but it's always best to send a link when you find a problem so you don't get the 'can't recreate it' answer.

Right. The problem is that it seems that Paypal checkout (Epoch) and Pay via Bank Transfer checkout (CCBILL) are not integrated in NATS, they go around it directly to the biller, at least from what I see.
(Normally they should postback to NATS like with TrustCharge, not a third URL.)

We will not ever integrate those billing methods that are exclusive to Epoch or CCbill into NATS because we have no plans to use them after we move over to NATS fully with our own billing. This is not a cascade, so those biller's will be irrelevant with a few exceptions noted in the next paragraph.

CCbill affiliate traffic doesn't get offered paypal via epoch. They do get offered Bank traffic via CCbill and you can see that traffic there. If you send traffic via CCbill, you only get CCbill. Old links will continue to work this way and again, when you come via a ccbill link, you'll get a ccbill join and you'll be paid out via ccbill, not via gamma.

Paypal will be removed from NATS offers too, so again, no point in taking the time to integrate that into NATS as only organic traffic will get offered that and the people that use it are almost insignificant enough that we might just pull it altogether.

We are not 100% up and running on NATS, but will be probably by the beginning of next week.

Ah ok, so the NATS links do have these extra non-tracking billers currently. But those billers will disappear next week. Sounds good!

Btw if you use some billers without integrating them to NATS, you'll lose some of your data's accuracy in the NATS admin.
That's no concern for me as an affiliate, just sayin'. :)
