Paxum USD Wire Delays – Update
Due to the numerous Paxum clients actively posting on GFY we wanted to let you know the current situation to avoid any confusion and misunderstandings.
At the moment every USD Wire Withdrawal submitted to Paxum is undergoing extensive due diligence by the correspondent banks which means that each individual USD wire is being reviewed one by one before it is processed. Due to the number of USD Wire Withdrawal requests submitted to Paxum these extra steps have created delays for clients receiving those USD Wires to their bank accounts. It is important for Paxum clients to note that: OTHER CURRENCY WIRES ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE DELAYS You will not experience any delays if you withdraw your Paxum account funds in any of the following currencies: EUR, CHF, CZK, HUF, SEK, NOK, THB, DKK, PLN, NZD, INR, IDR, ZAR, RON, AUD, CAD, GBP The majority of USD wires have already been processed and many have been received by clients, though some are still awaiting receipt to their bank account. We understand how important it is for clients to be able to trust in the stability of our service, and when situations like this occur it can cause concern and dissatisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience clients have experienced caused by these delays. In the meantime, as mentioned, we urge clients who are able to do so, to withdraw account funds in alternative currencies instead of USD at this time, to avoid delays. If you're still waiting for a USD wire and are concerned I urge you to please email me – [email protected] – and we will look into it and see if we can offer alternative ways to deliver the payment without a delay. Posting on the boards about your situation will not change anything so it is best to contact us directly. Please make sure to include your account username in your email to avoid any delay with assistance. |
We have a USD bank account in Europe. When will USD wire transfers for Europe be enabled again? This is disabled since May 2019.

With regards to time-frames for alternative currencies than USD:
Wires in EUR, CHF, CZK, HUF, SEK, NOK, THB, DKK, PLN, NZD, INR, IDR, ZAR, RON, AUD, CAD, GBP get delivered within 1-2 business days after validation most of the time. Local MasterCards get funded almost instantly EFT works in EUROPE (Including Romania in RON) and COLUMBIA |

Ruth, is this current USD wire due diligience something we can expect for the foreseeable future as well, and thus the accompanying 2 week delays, or is this just an initial one-off occurrence?

I an waiting for my EUR wires (2 of them) since middle June meaning month+ and still have no idea where wires are and paid tracing and swift for both and 0 valid informations still :( Emailed Ruth today and TRULY hope she will answer me ASAP and help as she always did to solve the situation:(
