You sure do know how to talk some shit. We have worked our asses off to cover all of the legal bases with our sites, and have done a damn good job doing so. We have had letters from attorneys, we have dealt with Law Suits, and we have always done the right thing when it comes to our affiliates and our own legal safety. We work very closely with our billing company to make sure that we are legal. We have had complaints, and we have dealt with them. Whenever we hear from a celebrity who wishes to be removed, we do so. We also notify our affiliates to do so for their safety.

We have no problem dealing with this issue and will do the best thing for our affiliates. For that, I thank you for notifying us of the existance of that letter. You may have posted it earlier, but I usually dont read your threads.

That's a fairly strait forward and simple question, isn't it?

So, they hosted a copy of the address book? which even if it weren't newsworthy that it was paris hiltons...or that tmobile should look at their security/vulnerabilities.... is going to result in at maximum a fine for XXXCash... so what!?! they will pay it and move on ... it won't effect their affiliates. they've got a large staff/office...they can obviously afford a fine.

Off subject... Perkins Coie is one door down from our lawyers ...
