SEO Expert Needed

I am looking for a seo expert to initially seo one of our sites, we are looking for a monthly arrangement rather than a one time SEO.

Please let me know if you are an SEO guru!

I always find that tricky. I mean an seo guru would spend time on his own sites and make 10 times more than what you pay him.

Only 1% of the SEO Experts own the product they promote and only promote that product. As soon as you promote any affiliate other products/programs you are doing the work for someone else, making someone else money from your efforts, which 99% of SEO Experts do.

And optimizing a site for the search engines just takes a guru, not an expert. Building a backlink network that won't get banned, expands, and grows takes an expect.

Have to agree with whats been said, most seo experts won't do work for other people. Unless you're in a massive seo company and charge REALLY over priced amounts for small bits of work...

This doesnt include labour, just strategies and consultation.

So out of all the "seo experts" that have posted here, what are your prices? I charge just about $200 an hour for se 'optimizations' that's actually a little high for optimization work.

A project like this would take me about two weeks, since I have other clients too. This is about a $5,000 project, about 50 pages, about 20-30 hours of work.

How many people here can put in only 20-30 hours of work and guarantee a $5,000 return, from your own se 'optimization' efforts? Not many, if any. That's why people offer the service, it's optimization not marketing.

Seo optimization of site is piece of cake-it is enough to save code of first page with desired code and see how it function and that's it.

Those who can do, those who can't do it for someone else.

untrue, i do both, for myself and for the SEO company i work for, just because it give me access to people and resource I wouln't have otherwise. And both are doing really great. I charge around 100$/hour for consulting, but I only do this if I like the project, and seriously, I'm not really in adult anymore, I prefer to do mainstream.

those who REALLY know what they are doing, wouldn't work for someone else, at least not for $100/hr... $100/hr translates to about $200k/year, which is chump change for someone who is good at seo...

Exactly.. SEO experts focus in one type or related types of traffic streams to create revenue. If most of us focused our efforts into one type of traffic and revenue stream, we would be saying the same thing as you.

For myself, I have created multiple revenue streams, from an affiliate program, content plugins, my own seo network, my own sites, domain buying, and a great deal of consulting for 200+ clients. Now, if I have a fail point with SEO or any other point of revenue, I don't take a kick straight in the balls because of it.

When I take on any client, at $200 an hour my hourly income increases by that much. Since I have staff, I can manage multiple clients at once. I make money playing golf, sleeping or fucking.. But think how much more I make every hour that I am behind my computer.

I made a fresh $500 today, doing a skin install. Lame labor work. Everything else, all this bullshit posting, I have gone to the park with the kids and played wii.. I took a few hours and made $500 while the kids napped.

I wonder how well the SEO guys did today while doing nothing.

I dont do optimization, i dont even do labor. I do strategies. That way im not wasting my time asking for paid links or fucking around with <h1> tags or other bullshit. I dont do grunt work.

There are quality SEO companies. Basic SEO isnt rocket science but there is alot more to it then what people think.

Great, I have an amazing out-sourced staff that I have worked with for years. Difference is I don't train them in the art, I teach them to do the bulk work, then I have to complete a little grunt work.

But if you do no grunt work then you have the best trained seo staff, ever.. that's amazing man. :upsidedow
