site is good and everyone can ask whatever they want for their business, but in this business and given the state on the whole economy your best bet is to hold on to it as
I doubt anyone will give you more then 6-9mo net, I know it sounds crazy but this is how its been for a while.

I saw the other thread where someone mentioned this 33.3 figure. It was a joke and you should treat it as such. 6 to 12 months is standard. 18 to 24 months is possible on some sites depending on a plethora of factors.
