What is your favourite tv show of all time?
Hard to pick just one but I am sure mine comes down to West Wing or Red Dwarf. I can't help being a geek.
What is your favourite ever tv show? |
Dedi: Core2Duo e5200 2.5Ghz - $175.00
Favorite ever? Hmmm.
That's a tough one to narrow down to in regards to "all time". |
Yet, most people don't have a hard time picking a fave movie of all time.
|
I love Survivor. :-)
|
If I'd have to say one then it would probably be Twin Peaks
But if I could mention more of those then it would also be "The Kingdom" from Lars von Trier, "The Cracker" with Robbie Coltrane More fun shows and nostalgia I've always been a huge fan of Tatort with Schimanski (cult German 80's series) would even add "The Professionals" (love it by this day) |
|
Toss up between these two.

Monty Python either sheer brilliance or sheer nonsense.

It's harder to pick now because my old favorites, I haven't really seen in like forever. If I had to say more of a classic show, I'd say "Married With Children". |
The Wire, Monk, The Office, Eastbound and Down and Boston Legal
|
"of all time"
That's really the key. Seeing as I'm a child of the 60's I would have to say the one show I've watched over the past fortysomething years more than all others would be Star Trek. The original series aired when I was five or six yrs old and I was hooked. When TNG came out I watched that faithfully, then on through DS9, Voyager, and lately I've even begun catching the odd rerun episode of ST-Enterprise on the Space channel. So I'll say Star Trek. The entire franchise. Tons of other shows are favorites of mine though, many of them already mentioned in this thread. I'll add Get Smart and The Beverly Hillbillies to the list. And Hogan's Heroes. Original series episodes of those 3 were priceless. (and still are) |
|
Dukes of Hazzards
Mr. Romance |
"of all time" I am going to have to give a throwback to my childhood:
Roseanne I can still watch it for hours one end when they run a marathon. |
Without a doubt The Wire... season 1 - 3 in particular.
|
Gentle Ben was cool.
