Retarded last frame, and even if you have a few Tea Party people that are nuts, that always happens in a group. A few have to take things too far. The point is that there is a growing number of people who are active and vocal about the hijacking of the American government by a President, Congress and Senate that no longer listen or care about the people they were elected to serve.
Mu guess is that many of them are going to get a big wake up call at the next election. Many are not even running again because they either are ashamed of the way things are going, or know they will lose badly. |

I didn't really see much racism there.. I remember seeing similar signs at anti bush protest. Comparing him to Hitler, monkeys etc.
|
Not even going to watch it
|
Those people are the most dangerous kind of stupid.
|
so sad....
|
Whats so bad about the economy turning around, better health care availability and affordability and stability, new financial reforms and the rest? I guess when the alternative message is he's hitler baby killer kenyan illegal anti-christ who's trying to take guns and rights away, it's an uphill battle.
I'd bet my last quarter that 90% of those folks would love a moderate republican to support, rather than being asked to wander around with doom and gloom in their hearts and minds. |

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/0..._n_549051.html According to the White House, the economy has been turning around for about a year, still waiting for proof. And now we have the head of HomeLand security that doesn't seem to care about the security of the border in Arizona, and she held office there. |

You dont understand that the economy has been turned around for a year, then there's no "proof" good enough I'm afraid.
The article you posted indeed talks about short term increases and long term savings and thats with covering 34 million more Americans, removing lifetime caps in payouts, removing pre-existing conditions.. and all the rest. So I guess it's a matter of perspective. |

... now back to porn. |
Ok, the reason it's not TRAGIC that 15% of hospitals could close might be hard to imagine, but not hard to explain. There is a lot of money in the bill/law to make MORE community medical clinics. This is for all the 34 million people more who will now be able to go for regular checkups and visit WITH insurance cards INSTEAD of needing to go to.... hospital emergency rooms.
Thats why it can be MADE to look like a horrfying number, but generally the people playing it that way dont bother to explain anything further. The economy grew by another 3.2% according to the report out today. Every news network should be at least running that headline in their wire scroll-crawl thingy. If not, google search for 3.2% economy, or here: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/05/01/bu...on.html?src=mv Or here's a snippet to illustrate: "The broadest measure of the overall economy grew at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.2 percent in the first quarter of 2010, after gains of 5.6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2009 and 2.2 percent in the third quarter." |

"The report projected that Medicare cuts could drive about 15 percent of hospitals and other institutional providers into the red, "possibly jeopardizing access" to care for seniors." I got to ask, do you jump in a pile of horse shit looking for a pony? Nothing in this statement from the Health And Services Department says anything good. "During 2010-2019, however, these effects would be outweighed by the increased costs associated with the expansions of health insurance coverage," wrote Richard S. Foster, Medicare's chief actuary. "Also, the longer-term viability of the Medicare ... reductions is doubtful." Foster's office is responsible for long-range costs estimates. The economy grew, yeah I saw that, unemployment is still at 9.7% and going to get worse after the temp jobs of the census are over. And with the money employers will have to pay out for increased health insurance, it's in their best interest to keep the employee numbers down. That's why productivity numbers are up! |
I got to ask, do you jump in a pile of horse shit looking for a pony? .
That is classic. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
Mark, My wife Vino and I have been going to Tea party protests since before Obama took office, right after Bush signed the first bailouts. Racist? Hell no. I've been to "peace rallies" with tons of hatred violence and intolerance being shown, but never seen anything like that at Tea Party events. Even when there are counter protesters there, the Tea Party people just ignore them.... Try counter protesting at a left wing rally and see what happens to ya!!
Meanwhile, please remember that my wife is probably darker than Obama, so..... Maybe you should try going to an event yourself and finding out first hand, rather than relying on heavily edited, hard to substantiate, video with an agenda.... Just a suggestion. . |
Only in america could some actually draw a comparison between Barack Obama and Adolf Hitler, and actually believe the shit they've come up with. :1orglaugh
