Is this organic traffic all of this one blog, or are other blogs/sites feeding it or are you buying traffic?

Sorry for the late reply, I forgot about this thread, but the website is still for sale.

The traffic is 90% organic (from Google). The website had 49,246 visitors in the last 30 days, 242,029 pageviews.

I haven't updated the website since it was put up for sale here due to lack of time, this is why there is a decrease in traffic. If someone is still interested the price for the website is 1000$ + escrow fees.

You shouldn't trust what anyone tells you without checking yourself. I don't know who told you that and on what base.

I had some clear conditions 1 year ago that you didn't agreed to, and that;s why we didn't made the deal. I never changed my mind during the transaction, you agreed to something when we started (escrow transaction) but after we started you didn't wanted escrow anymore and instead you wanted payments in installments.

Correction, the website has earned $868.71 since it was listed here. At some pointed I tried changing the banners to get a better click-trough but instead the click-trough was worse, but I never took the time to place the old banners back.

You can value the site as you want, the traffic is there and has been all along, it has to be monetized and as I said, I didn't managed the site at all.

$1000. Keep in mind this is a website that had 1,640,219 visitors since lunching, most of them from Google.

This is just my valuation, for anything less I prefer to keep it (maybe down the road I'll decide to focus on it).
