I've decided to sell the only website that I own in the adult niche(no full nudity):
http://www.hottiesphotos.com The website receives almost all the traffic from search engines(mostly Google), and it's growing constantly since the website was lunched in September 2010 even if no SEO work has been done since. The website has received 1,147,650 visitors since lunch, with 108.126 visitors in the last month. The website is earning an average of 266$/month by promoting VirtuaGirlHD via TotemCash. In the right hands of a person that knows how to monetize adult-related websites this website could earn much more with the current traffic. I never tested other methods of monetizing the website beside TotemCash. There is no sudden drop in visitors. The monthly report was made on 16 November so on the last month in the stats you're seeing only traffic for 15 days, not 30.

A post/photo went viral on November 5 on Facebook, that the cause for the spike in traffic.
Now that you have check the last report, I hope you see there is no traffic drop. In the monthly report the last dot in the chart was for November, the current month. |

Yes, you are missing the fact that that char shows the monthly traffic, and the chart show the traffic till November 16(so only half the month).
If you want I can export another weekly or daily traffic report so you can see there is not drop in traffic. |

First of all, there were no "fake" announcements on the sale amount, there where just undecided bidders. You should know this well as you said your bid is 2000 and after a few days when it was time to start the sale you said you can only offer 1600$ or 2000$ if I keep updating the site for 3 months after the sale.

MrDeiz, if you want I can show you in private the Skype conversation I had with the person that placed a 3.1 k bid but latter backed down because Paypal limited his account.
When you had access to the website Google Analytics, did you found out that the data I have provided here was fraudulent or misleading in any way? Please stop making accusations without any real base. Thank you |

i've got some further data like SE, timeline, etc. you've good some great site, no doubt about that. the price is the only thing to discuss.
i wasn't aware on the details but it looked strange that at least 2 high bids are gone. and do you really think that PayPal just terminates acc with high balance with no reason? there could be another background story with that bidder who got his PP terminated btw i just noticed this gfy thread. anyways i'm still interested in the deal. let's have $2000 one with updates and we are going to love each other. again, that's not about like i don't like u or your site, it's about whether i get those money back or not. wishing you all the best ) |

Minimum offer I will let the website go for is 2000$, without any updates. One of the main reasons I'm selling the website is because I don't have time to update it.
Regarding Paypal, I had my account limited 2 years ago (because of spike in sales, and it took a few weeks to clear things with Paypal) so I'm not to quick to judge when I hear something like this. Thanks for your interest and best of luck |

also - an interesting fact. i agreed to pay what OP has required but directly. he wanted escrow only, that's why we never finished the deal. i suspect he wouldn't like me to get some stuff of his site (like TC account) before i pay. |

MrDiez, please stop making outrageous claims without any backup. Please detail what do you mean the TotemCash stats are fake?
If needed by any trusted user here I'll provide any additional proof wanted (like video screen recording, or maybe even confirmation from TotemCash affiliate manager). You did offered to pay directly, about 25% of the sale amount if I remember correctly, and I declined (because I couldn't be sure you will send the remaining amount after, in a reasonable time) As I said from the start, here included, I agree with a escrow transaction only because it's the only safe way both for buyer and seller. |
