I would setup Playboy styled mansions in the US, Asia, South America and here in Europe (for example Czech Republic).
Wire the mansions with lots of spy cams, make in each mansion chat studios, contract the hottest solo/porn performers from nearby countries and broadcast live to the web and mobile devices. Each mansion will have a content production manager, shooters and general manager. Form a good tech/creative team plus and a good marketing team. From all the content will be created new pay sites from performers integrated with the video chat engine. Feed the webmaster program daily with new sites, content and promotional tools. Target this concept on the web, mobile devices and also Google TV
