Bingo. Apple is as much a fashion company as it is a tech company. They owe a huge portion of their success to their design team. When everyone else was making boring tan boxes, Apple made computers and tech look cool to the average non-geek user...

I'm defiantly non-geek and have used g5/mac pro's for photoshop/video for years. When I was looking for my first work computer mac's were the easiest to understand and I NEVER had software compatibly problems. Have things changed? Probably, but I'm not going to.

IMO the GTR is a piece of shit in comparison. The looks, feel and handling just are not as good as a Ferrari. I have driven both many times and it just is not the same.

Ease of use and functionality have alot to do with Apple's success as well, and the OS is superior to Windows.
