Finally a good-looking electric-car for a great price

After years and years of ugly electric cars Renault finally came up with Twizy.
This is the electric-car you all been waiting for.

WHY DO THEY MAKE ALL THESE ELECTRIC CARS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING FROM THE FUTURE? ALWAYS SO FUCKING UGLY.

The ultra-compact footprint of Renault Twizy (length: 2.32 metres / width: 1.19 metres / height: 1.46 metres) is ideally suited to city motoring. It will go on sale in Europe at the end of 2011 with a price tag beginning at ?6,900 inclusive of taxes, depending on the fiscal measures available in each country.

I have a Renault aluminum diesel sitting here that worth it weight in scrap an that about it... Plus, 24k was really pushing the limits of the engine. you would be shocked at the number of them around with 15-20k original miles that are totally gone.

I drove a real Tesla Roadster last summer ($100k) and loved it, but it was too small for my 6'3" tall frame. If I'm going to drop a hundred k, I have to love everything about the car.

The Model S sedan looks awesome, and at $50k its in the perfect price range. If performance is as good as a similar gas car (not just speed but handling and comfort too) then I'm sold.

The United States government offers a $7,500 tax credit for purchasing a Tesla. That knocks some off of it.

I think you're right because nearly all electric cars look like pure shit OR cost more than the average man can afford.
