You should probably google what a pedophile is and how that whole thing works. Even if the person in question isn't above the age of consent and JB is, you will find that the difference in age comes into play. So let's say a 18 year old boy who is a senior in high school is dating a sophomore in HS who is 16. By your definition that makes him a phedo, right? Well the government doesn't really give two poos about this. SG isn't a PREDATOR going after some young kid. They are very close in age and that is the difference.

It all comes down to the fact of whether good genes are being spread or bad genes

If the female is left to decide for herself on who to procreate with, she will have a better chance of having offspring with someone who's genes are well thought of by society.

However, if a female is raped, society doesn't like that as then the rape genes get spread. The rape genes have always been successful at spreading themselves around. Bingo. Usually there is a clause in the law that if they are in a certain age range of each other it's good to go. In other words, an 19 year old college student can date a 17 year old high school senior. A nineteen year old who is tapping into a seventeen year old isn't a pedo.
