This is just common sense but:

If you two weren't committed then you weren't "together" and maybe if u both had an agreement not to date others (or not, either way) you two are together now. Mistakes do happen, all you can do is either A: forgive and support him through it if he's being honest with you or B: cut the ties if you can't handle it.

The best option is to both talk it over and decide what both of you do in terms of your relationship from this point forward. Him and preggo will have to deal with this themselves. All you need to do is support him or walk away.

Listening to advice from others who don't even know the situation would show to bf and yourself that you already have little respect for him and/or the relationship, whether warranted or not.

As far as my personal advice, I think you should move on and find someone else to share your life with.
