those are GREAT videos actually, and the cop even agrees that you shouldn't talk to cops because it won't help you.

They are very enlightening! It's amazing to hear how the police can use your own words against you, even if you just say a few words. And that cop, yeah, to hear what he had to say was almost shocking.

i ALWAYS talk to the cops when i get pulled over. it's not like i'm hauling cocaine in the trunk. and the cops appreciate it too and relax. i then try to lighten the mood. it works well for me.

I know they specifically mentioned that in the video, but I agree, in a minor situation such as a traffic violation, better just to nod, agree, and get it over with.

It really depends on what you are involved with the cops for. If they stopped you because you have a broken tail light there is no reason not to talk to them. Being friendly and understanding will likely get it over with faster.

However, if you are under suspicion of something major, talking can only get you in more trouble.

now that i think about, i think i'd talk plenty if i were hauling a trunk full of blow.

my license tags are expired? crap, that's right. i had that on my to-do list on my phone that i lost on the way back home from my dad's funeral last month. it slipped my mind.

Never ever talk to the fuckin' cops for any reason. They will only find a way to fuck you with your own words. It's what they do.

The police I talked to were joking about CamGirls how long it takes them to strip etc. in the police car on the way to the station..

Remember 1 thing.

If a policeman asks you to come to an interview,
the next he's going to say if you say no is probably "YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!".

Yes you have a choice!

TALK TO THE DETECTIVE AT THE COP SHOP
or
ANSWER THE POLICE PROSECUTOR IN COURT

You won't get a second chance to tell your side of the story in court, and you'll be in prison or the watchhouse by then so just the charge is enough to make you look guilty.

Suspicion is all it takes! Don't take the court process for any kind of justice! PLEAD YOUR CASE AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY!

SAY 'NO' TO AN INTERVIEW AND YOU WILL BE ARRESTED! IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

You know how every 2nd night on TV there's a cop show where they have all this 100s of pieces of evidence on the killer but the sarge says GET ME SOMETHING CONCRETE

and they have to let him go....

THAT'S A LOAD OF BULLSHIT

They'll give you 20 years just with a note from your mum.

Wake up you deros! Police TV is BULLSHIT!

It's the Professional Wrestling of Forenzic Science!

It's only the media cases where they handle them with "reasonable doubt" to the guilt.

I got asked to do an interview.

I said NO.

The next thing he said was "You're under arrest!"

Remember Cam_Girls told you so when you refuse to tell your side of the story to the Detective investigating the case!

You don't have to answer any questions!

You can just tell your side of the story, and find out what they have on you, then leave!

Refuse to do an interview and YOU MUST ANSWER THE POLICE PROSECUTOR IN COURT.

Again, it is all about what they suspect you of doing and what you know you did. I know a lot of cops and these guys are trained to make you give up information that you don't want to give up. If they are asking you for a in interview and you are guilty of the crime they are going to interview then you simply tell them you are exercising your right to remain silent. They might arrest you, but they can only hold you if they have enough evidence to convince a judge or grand jury that you are potentially guilty of the charge.

If you start talking all you have to do is make one little mistake and they will nail you and you just sealed your fate. If you end up in court it is a lot easier for you lawyer to fight their evidence than it is for your lawyer to fight their evidence and the incriminating statement you gave them.

If you had nothing to do with the crime, then just tell them so and refuse to answer questions you know nothing about.

I don't know where you are from but here in the USA we don't have to tell our side of the story. Anything we say can and will be used against us, but our silence can not be used against us. It best just to keep your damn mouth shut.

If they had anything on you and you try to leave the will charge you with eluding the police. Your best option is ask if you are free to leave. If they say no then demand an attorney.

It's pot luck either way, but

1/ silence is VERY incriminating
2/ the judge is on the same payroll as the police
3/ you will be lucky to get 5 minutes with a state appointed lawyer, who is also on the same payroll as the police
4/ you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE SILENT (only until court)

Now admittedly if you're

1/ EMPLOYED BY A REPUTABLE COMPANY
2/ MARRIED
3/ HAVE KIDS

then the police are likely to leave you alone and not rig anything in court, and a sentence is unlikely for most trivial stuff.

But if you're between jobs, staying with relatives, single, and a COMPANY CEO CHARGES YOU - THE POLICE WILL TAKE YOU DOWN!

AND THE POLICE CAN TAKE YOU DOWN BEHIND CLOSED DOORS MUCH MUCH EASIER.

So don't miss your chance to get it all on record.

Because as soon as you're behind bars on remand waiting for trial, you're as good as guilty.

cam_girls, are you talking about the case where you threatened to put poison into baby food?

Is the CEO you mention the owner of that baby food factory?

Did you also threaten police officers, just like you have done here on GFY?

Dude you are out of your mind. First off if you are arrested in the Miranda they read you it says that you have the right to remain silent. Even if you are not arrested, just asked to come in and talk you still have that right and the second you invoke it any cop worth his salt will stop talking to you because if they force something out of you after you tell them you wish to invoke your right to remain silent there is a decent chance it will get tossed and once the defense starts picking that apart they don't stop.

Also, it doesn't matter if you are married, have kids, a job whatever. If you are accused of a crime and there is enough evidence that they feel they could convict you, they will no matter what your family/work situation is. Just watch a few episodes of cops. Every episode they drag people to jail in front of their families.

If a company claims you did something illegal to them and they choose to press charges, you are going to have to deal with it. It is no different than if anyone pressed charges against you for something.

Most arrests that end in conviction do so because the person decided to talk to the police, realized they were caught and cut a deal so that they could plea to lesser charges. If you really didn't do anything, you kept quiet and said nothing 100% of the burden is on them. They will have to convince a jury that you are guilty and you will get your chance to explain to that jury exactly what happened.

You sound like someone who got busted for something, said the wrong thing and now are trying to blame it on the system.

Nope! Everything you said is pure bullshit, fed to you by the government endorsed police media.

If you stay mute at your trial you will be in contempt and incarcerated.

The purpose of police is to

1/ protect society
2/ protect the security of the establishment

In the middle ages the court system was just a procedure for nobles or farmers to have peasants arrested. There is little changed!

If a judge is told by police there is a likely chance you are a serial murderer then he will lock you away and take the gamble that you might be innocent.

Once you understand the logic of the above (protect society), it's trivially obvious that the justice system is actually GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.

I'm the messenger here and you're all doing a witch hunt so you can go ahead and all tell the police to GFY if you think that's going to help you.

But one last time, you all believe NOT to talk to police based on the

SINGLE FACT THAT THE POLICE MAY TWIST YOUR WORDS

Yes give them an inch and they will take a mile, but if you can convince the detective you didn't do much wrong you have a policeman on your side in court, as opposed to the police prosecutor using the evidence any way he wants against you.

LOL Of course you shouldn't refuse to talk in the Court. They are the people you want to believe in you. It is only inside the police station you should keep your mouth sealed.

Haha, don't fall for the classic "Good cop, Bad cop" trick. None of them are your friends. They are all colleagues on the same payroll.
