if your traffic quality sux most every dating site owner out there will ding you with lowered payouts. Even with free signups on mainstream sites I had to send 1k+ signups before they considered me for payout bumps and that was only valid if traffic panned out for the advertiser. Other webmasters whose traffic didn't convert to pay were lowered to even below the standard rate
