The proof is obvious, all signs are that the industry is in decline. Other than a few people telling us they are doing better than ever, with no or little proof, it's clear that sales of pre recorded porn are falling. The notion that Dating and Cams are picking up the lost revenue is absurd.

Why.

It has always been the supreme aim of the industry online to put driving traffic above everything else. The prime tool of driving traffic is to give the product away for free in vast quantities and leave it online for free consumption. That has always hit sales. The only thing that compensated for the loss of sales were more surfers coming online.

Now that's slowed in places worth selling to and with the introductions of the latest free porn, in Tubes and Free Cams. We are suffering. Ultimately the decline will stop, because there will be little left worth selling and little worth giving away. It's only a question of time.
