All SF Bay Area adult industry people are invited to a kick-off adult biz meet-up, being held this coming Wednesday (June 8th) in downtown San Francisco.

DATE: Wednesday, June 8th, 2011
TIME: Starting at 6'ish until 8'ish
Location: Mr Smith's, 34 7th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103

Thank you to Jeff D. of Gamelink for recommending the location. Jeff and I will be kicking in to provide hors d'oeuvres.

The purpose of the meet-up is primarily to network, but also to determine if there is interest in creating a regular meet-up to exchange ideas, share resources, and set-up a support network and information clearinghouse specific to Bay Area people in the adult industry.

So gather up a handful of business cards, think about what you want to share with the group about your business, and brainstorm and bring your ideas and suggestions about what you want the group to evolve into.

See you next Wednesday at 6pm...

If you can't attend this Wednesday, but would like to be kept informed about future meet-up events, then please e-mail me, and I will include you on the newsletter list.

The event is being promoted through various channels, and the response has been good so far, so I expect a decent turnout.

The idea of such a local support group has been percolating for some time, so I simply took the initiative to at least get things kicked off...

Ideally, the group can settle upon a recurring date (i.e., 2nd Wednesday of each month), however in any case, future notices will be sent out further in advance.
