Complained about my Interwebs speed and get a little upgrade :)
I had the 25/25 line with FiOS and every time I'm trying to stream a movie with Vudu it breaks up, which it shouldnt as long as the speed is over 5mbs.
Today was getting pretty bad so I called to complain and they gave me a free line upgrade!  Yippie!

I have 5 open tickets with the local company about speeds.. Nothing has been resolved.

I like my Fios... I'm on a 35/35 plan... hauls ass. Better than the cable I have at home (Fios not available there).
