Now I wish I had watched the case closer. Based on the opinion of the legal experts on GFY, they must have had a pretty crappy prosecutor.

I find it very interesting that her parents had no reaction and left early. I know there were allegations of abuse. The kid is dead, someone is responsible. Eyes are going to be pointed towards them now. Probably deservedly.

Maybe it was the error of the prosecution to not make that an option on the verdict form. Makes more sense than giving them the option of manslaughter.  I'm pretty shocked though. I really felt the prosecution made a strong closing.

Yeah, I watched a little of it but couldn't stand the main prosecutor sucking on his water bottle every 2 seconds... sure that played a part on it.
