from a hardcore binge drinker myself, i would suggest plenty of vitamin C, B and A, along with milk thistle.

then drink something you dont like so you dont guzzle them down, like gin and tonic or whiskey and coke. i prefer rum & diet and johnny black (scotch) but i can put down a dozen or more quickly.

pace yourself too, try to work in a water every once in a while and lastly, eat a good carb meal like pasta before you go out to help soak up some booze

i'd love to utilize some blow to level it out, however, i find that the sole reason i do blow is so i can drink more- a lot more.

Swirl a bit of water around in your mouth and brush you teeth and then head back for another tall cool one! Don't mix up your stuff; if you start with Scotch, stay with Scotch. You'll hang over a lot less with vodka.

Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of food beforehand. Then just take it easy and pace yourself. There's no reason to bang down 8 drinks an hour.

my friend was just saying the same thing last weekend how he didnt want to start drinking until later in the evening because he gets drunk to fast. i asked him what alcohol he hated the most was and bought him burbon and OJ... he about spit it out but took him a good 30 minutes to drink the one itself

If there is beer in dark bottles or cans go into a bathroom dump it out and fill the bottle/can with water. You will appear to be drinking, you will be increasing water intake diluting the alcohol you have already consumed.

I've done this at business parties to make sure I don't get too fucked up and screw up.

Eat a lot of food before, get full. Drink light drinks esp. at first, don't do shots or many, if you rise your blood alcohol too fast you will get blackout drunk, if not you should be okay.
