It can go either way.. A know a guy who got over ten years I'll never believe is guilty. I knew the guy. Like a brother. Secondly, I actually work with an organization that helps to hunt down and prosecute child molestors,(http://www.abusewatch.net/), and if you think that feathering your own nest in order to "cause any kind of trouble possible" for child molesters is some kind of a noble thought, you really need counseling.
