Happened to me recently too, with a sponsor. Thought we were cool, few weeks later he copied one of my big money making sites thinking all it took was a carbon copy to be me. Found out the hard way you can't be me. I was probably his only converting affiliate and I moved on.

He copied the domain and all that too lol.

Actually it wasn't my apartment, it was the town's apartment which he tried to rent but he had no references that would be taken. So our company stepped up and cosigned for it and were promptly stuck with the bill when he midnight moved out and trashed it.
